IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues holds its session

The Commission will deliberate for two days on 21-22 May and focus on the model laws:
- Public Servitudes
- Contrail Forwarding
- Basics of Integrated Technical Regulation in the IPA CIS Member Nations in terms of Entering the WTO
- Courts of Arbitration
- Entrepreneurship
- State Property Registry
- State Registration of Property Rights
- Inquiries of Individuals and Legal Entities
- Registration of International NGOs, their offices and agencies
- Parliamentary Investigative Procedure
- Notaries
Members of the Commission will also sum up results of their work in 2013.
