IPA CIS Council Secretariat Signed Cooperation Agreements With Leading Kyrgyz Universities

On 11 April 2021, IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy signed the agreements with Kyrgyz National University named after Jasup Balasagyn and Bishkek Humanities University named after K. Karasaev.
The agreements imply active cooperation of the parties in the field of education, lawmaking and public activities, including the implementation of joint projects and the provision of expert and advisory assistance in the development of model laws of the IPA CIS.
