Valentina Matvienko Congratulated Residents of St. Petersburg on 76th Anniversary of Liberation of Leningrad from Siege

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko congratulated the residents of St. Petersburg on the anniversary of Complete Liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi Siege.
In her message, Valentina Matvienko recalled the feat of Leningrad, and reminded the residents of St. Petersburg of the need to preserve the memory of the siege days and pass it on to the future generations.
