Dmitriy Kobitskiy Sent Greeting to Participants of CIS International Festival of School Sports

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent greetings to the participants, organizers and guests of the Ninth CIS International Festival of School Sports, which opens in Ufa (Russian Federation) today.

Dmitriy Kobitskiy noted that the festival was a kind of “bridge of friendship”. The Secretary General expressed confidence that the festival would feature new records and promote friendship, mutual assistance, solidarity and mutual understanding. Dmitriy Kobitskiy wished all the athletes a captivating competition, bright emotions and impressions, and the fans and guests of the festival – unforgettable pleasure.
