IPA CIS Council Secretariat and Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia Signed Cooperation Agreement

IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy and Rector of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia Sergey Tarasov signed an agreement that will contribute to the development of joint work in the field of monitoring elections and referenda, model law-making, holding research and practice conferences and implementing common scientific projects.
