Azerbaijan Prolongs Suspension of Inspections for Business Entities

Today, the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan at its plenary session adopted in the third reading the amendments to the Law on Suspension of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship, prolonging it until 1 January 2022.

According to the document, only tax audits, the inspections related to the cases of threat to the life and health of the population, national and economic security of the country, as well as the inspections within the framework of state supervision of the construction and operation of private medical institutions, can take place during the outlined period.
