Kazakh Senators Ratified Protocol on Combating Theft of Motor Vehicles

Today, during the meeting of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan chaired by the head of the chamber Maulen Ashimbaev, the MPs considered and adopted the Law on the Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the CIS Cooperation Agreement on Combating Theft of Motor Vehicles and Ensuring Their Return of 25 November 2005.

The agreement implies the maintenance of the database with the information on vehicles removed from the CIS register. Prompt exchange of information will help intensify joint actions of the Commonwealth countries to combat theft of vehicles and ensure their return.
