IPA CIS Budget and Oversight Commission Discusses Assembly Financing

A meeting of the IPA CIS Budget and Oversight Commission was held at the Tavricheskiy Palace in St. Petersburg, bringing together MPs from national parliaments and officials of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.
The meeting was chaired by member of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship and Competition Development of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chair of the Commission Daniyar Tolonov.
Participants discussed financial support for the IPA CIS activities, including current funding, budget preparation and implementation.
Commission members exchanged information on the adoption of national budget laws in IPA CIS Member Nations and prepared draft decisions of the IPA CIS Council concerning financial matters.
The meeting also addressed draft internal regulations and funding arrangements for the IPA CIS Work Plan for 2027.
