Valentina Matvienko Told About Development of International Dialogue Through IPA CIS

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko spoke about the intensity of the pace of interparliamentary cooperation in her article “We all have to live and work at crucial times”.
According to Valentina Matvienko, major events under the auspices or with the support of the upper chamber of the Russian Parliament receive a new impetus to development, for example, the 10th Anniversary Nevsky International Ecological Congress held on 25-26 May, organized by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the IPA CIS and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.
