Vladimir Rybak to propose a no-visa charter for Europe sponsored by IPA CIS and PA CE

Speaking at the conference Role of Parliamentary Organizations in building a Europe without Dividing Lines he said: Promises of European integration are not, as yet, a common good. One basic privilege of a European identity, freedom of movement without visas or other restrictions is yet to materialize. I suggest that IPA CIS and PA CE initiate drafting of a No-visa Charter for Europe, - said the Speaker.
