The Day of Russian Parliamentarianism was established to raise public awareness in the work of the Federation Council and legislative bodies of the Russian regions and attract a greater public interest.
This is the second festive occasion for Russian parliamentarians this year.
Tavricheskiy Palace, headquarters of the IPA CIS, is considered the cradle of Russian parliamentarianism.
