Abdukhalil Gafurzoda Appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of Majlisi Oli of Republic of Tajikistan

The IPA CIS received a letter signed by Speaker of the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali and Speaker of the Majlisi namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Mahmadtoir Zoir Zokirzoda.

The letter informs that Abdukhalil Gafurzoda has been appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan  by approval of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

Abdukhalil Gafurzoda has been the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan since 2019. In 2020, a cooperation agreement was signed between the university and the IPA CIS.

The Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli is a member of the dissertation council at state universities in St. Petersburg and Kyrgyzstan. Abdukhalil Gafurzoda is a Doctor of Law, Professor, author of 15 textbooks, more than 150 scientific articles, training programs and seven monographs.

The appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan has a large number of awards, including the IPA CIS medal "IPA CIS. 30 years".
