Galina Nikolayeva: "We need a vision for model law-making in the CIS"

The Roundtable stands in a series of activities launched by the Federation Council for better legal support in education, knowledge promotion and culture, says Galina Nikolayeva, member, FC Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Information Policies and member, IPA CIS PC on Science and Education.
