Senate and Mazhilis of the Kazakhstan Parliament back from summer break

Senate and Mazhilis of the Kazakhstan Parliament met in a joint session to hear the address by president Nazarbayev with an outline of legislative priorities in the coming session including the forthcoming senatorial elections due on 1 October.
