Valentina Matvienko and Sergey Naryshkin inaugurate a session of the Legislative College of the Russian Federation

Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko and the Speaker of the State Douma of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin inaugurated a session of the Legislative College of the Russian Federation at the Federal Assembly. The session meets in the Lomonosov University in Moscow. The Joint meeting of the Russian law-makers will focus on migration and related issues, including countering illegal migration.
