International TV festival launched in Odessa

The festival is taking place from 20 to 23 September. The theme of the festival this year is Modern Formats of TV Shows at CIS Channels.
The festival is aimed at spreading recent best television practices, promoting partnerships among TV companies and professionals across the CIS.
The first Commonwealth TEFI television awards took place in Kiev in October 2011. In 2012, Astana welcomed the festival.
