Cadet Ball Held in Tavricheskiy Palace

The St. Petersburg Cadet Ball was held for the third time. In the Catherine Hall, 150 couples from more than 70 general education institutions of Russia and Belarus took part in the event. Cadets who demonstrated excellence in studies, creativity, sports, and discipline were invited to attend.

In 2026, the St. Petersburg Cadet Ball was dedicated to the 325th anniversary of cadet education in Russia. The event contributes to preserving historical cadet traditions and fostering patriotism among school students.

Musical accompaniment was provided by the Admiralty Orchestra of the Leningrad Naval Base. In addition to traditional polonaise, waltz, polka, and pas de grâce, the cadets performed an elegant foxtrot.

Concert performances filled the intervals between dances.

The first Cadet Ball in the modern history of Saint Petersburg was held in 2024 and became the starting point of a new city tradition. In 2025, the event expanded its geography and acquired an official international format.

The organizers of the event included "Baltic Shore", the Academy of Talents, the Saint Petersburg City Palace of Youth Creativity, and the Security Service for the Northwestern Federal District of the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation.
