Dmitriy Kobitskiy Took Part in Awarding Ceremony of Honorary Citizens of St. Petersburg

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy took part in the awarding ceremony of Honorary Citizens of St. Petersburg held at the Mariinsky Palace, the headquarters of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly.

Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg Alexander Belsky and Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov presented the distinctions to Nadezhda Strogonova, who worked as a teacher in besieged Leningrad, and people’s artist of the USSR Edita Piekha.

The ceremony was also attended by members of the Legislative Assembly, members of the city Government and Honorary Citizens of St. Petersburg.
