MPs, experts and analysts gather for an international conference

On 25 October, the IPA CIS together with the FCFA hosted an international conference Ways of increasing the role of regional and local authorities in the socio-economic development of European and CIS states. The conference was chaired by the Senior Vice Speaker of the FCFA Alexandr Torshin who read out the welcoming address of the Speaker of the FCFA Valentina Matvienko. The Conference gathered CIS MPs, representatives of international organizations, associations of cross-border cooperation and municipalities, local goverments, experts and analysts.
