Shabdanbek Alishev Appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of Jogorku Kenesh at IPA CIS

Shabdanbek Murzakulovich Alishev headed the Executive Office of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for more than a year. During this period, he has done a lot of work in the areas of digitalization of the Parliament and strengthening international relations of the Executive Office of the Jogorku Kenesh.

From 2006 to 2010, he worked in the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2011, Shabdanbek Alishev was appointed Advisor to the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.

From 2011 to 2021, he held various positions in the department of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Judicial-Legal Issues and Regulations of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 2022, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Union of Local Self-Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic.
