Svetlana Soroko: “We take earnest care of every model law”

Member, Council of the Republic PC on Education, Science, Culture and Welfare, Member, IPA CIS PC on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sports, Svetlala Soroko believes that the work done by the IPA CIS is an important driver of the Commonwealth cause.
“Improvements in model law are central issues of the Assembly’s activities that facilitate harmonizing of national legal systems, building a common legal environment, enhancing of integration across the CIS”, she noted.

Model laws are the result of work done by parliamentarians from all the Assembly’s nations and we take earnest care of every draft we deliberate.
The matters we cover at the Commission are relevant and meaningful, she believes.
