Experts Gather at Paradnaya Assembly to Address Crisis Management Challenges

The 6th St. Petersburg International Anti-Crisis Congress “ Paradnaya Assembly “ is taking place at the Tavricheskiy Palace, focusing on “Crisis Management Without Borders.” The Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS (IPA CIS) traditionally serves as an official observer.
 

Over two days, participants—including representatives of government bodies, the judiciary, business, and academia from the CIS and beyond—are discussing cross-border insolvency, bankruptcy law reforms, asset recovery, and the integration of AI in crisis management.

In his greeting to the attendees Secretary General of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Dmitriy Kobitskiy noted that the forum has become a vital international platform for developing modern legal solutions. He emphasized that the draft model law “On Cross-Border Insolvency,” initiated following the first congress, is currently in its final stages of review by CIS parliaments
