Bethel Amadi: "Model laws generated by the IPA CIS may be examples for our own law-making process"

President of the Pan-African Parliament spoke about cooperation with the CIS during his visit to the IPA CIS. Model laws generated by the IPA CIS may be examples for our own law-making process, said President Amadi. First and foremost this concerns trade. There are so many States that we would like to cooperate with. To achieve this, we need harmonize our internal procedures for price-setting, logistics, etc. It is also essential to ensure free movement of people and capital within Africa. It is here that IPA CIS model laws may be of value.
