IV Russian national convention on the environment

This Forum was held as a follow-up to the CIA Year of Environmental Awareness and Conservation. It brought together public officials, international organizations, civil activists, analysts and experts working in the field of conservation. Conservation is a condition of sustainable development and the way for the future of man. Hence it is a long term priority for international action.
