CIS RRs to take stock of the CIS Summit and meeting of CMFA

RRs are expected to take stock of the CIS Summit and meeting of CMFA and outline follow-up measures.

Heads of State reviewed the activities of the IPA CIS on the implementation of earlier resolutions of CIS political bodies, adopted several mid-term target-oriented plans of action to counter terrorism crime, violent extremism, trafficking in illegal drugs and psycotropic substances and their precursors, drug abuse and human trafficking, adopted the CIS Convention on IT Crime. For better coordination of action against corruption, the Summit adopted CIS Agreement on the Establishment of Anti-Corruption Board. Heads of State also discussed issues related to the protection of confidential information, and future cooperation in the financial, currency and credit regulation.
