Leaders of the major media of the Commonwealth come together in Kishinev to discuss development of cyber space

The participants will discuss the process of preparation for the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the coverage of the upcoming 2014 Tourism Year.

The Forum welcomed public tourism agencies from Azerbaijan, Armeina, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Ukraine.

Media leaders will meet Moldavian prime-minister Yuriy Lyanke. They will also present their activity to the students of journalism department, Moldova National University.

The CIS Information Board, led by ITAR-TASS chief Sergey Mikhailov, is a crucial tool to enhance integration efforts of the Commonwealth countries. The Board pursues CIS-wide partnership in cyber space, ensuring ease of information exchange, and considers promoting new media technologies one of its primary objectives.
