Alexey Sergeev spoke at an international conference in Moscow

The Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council told the meeting about the Tavricheskiy Palace, home and headquarters of the IPA CIS – a unique landmark of Russian parliamentarianism. He noted that the IPA CIS was an effective vehicle for interparliamentary cooperation in the CIS and to quote the IPA CIS Council Chairperson Valentina Matvienko, it is an instrument of legal support for the statutory CIS bodies and a forum for dialogue.
