Minsk hosts the VIII Forum of Art Communities and Academia of the CIS Member Nations

On 23-26 September Minsk hosts the VIII Forum of Art Communities and Academia of the Commonwealth.
One the biggest events in the field of humanitarian cooperation, it is organized by the CIS Intergovernmental Humanitarian Action Trust Fund and the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
The forum is attended by art communities and academia, experts in education, culture, healthcare, ecology, humanitarian activity and environmental protection, as well as youth organizations, the media, IPA CIS, and CIS community experts.
This year the overarching theme of the forum is 2013 – a Year of Environmental Awareness and Protection in CIS Member Nations.
