Chair of Council of Eurasian Women’s Forum, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Galina Karelova held a meeting with Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitriy Kobitskiy in the Tavricheskiy Palace. The senator examined the venue to work out the main organizational issues related to the Forum, which will be held on 13-15 October 2021.

The business program of the Forum will take place on five platforms dedicated to the mission of women in shaping a new agenda of peace and trust, maintaining health, developing the economy and digitalization, as well as preserving the planet and implementing social changes.

More than 300 events are planned to be held under the auspices of the Forum. These include the meetings of the international club of women – regional leaders, presentations of new women’s international associations, a rapid-fire presentation of women’s initiatives for the development of territories, a contest for women innovators and women’s technological and environmental startups, scientific and practical seminars, open dialogues.

The most important part of the Forum will be expert sessions with the participation of international organizations and associations: a retreat meeting of the Women 20 (W20), a session of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the World Bank session and a meeting of the BRICS Women's Business Alliance and others.

A large-scale and rich program will require a non-standard and modern approach to organizing the working space of the Forum, emphasized Galina Karelova during her tour through the halls of the Tavricheskiy Palace.
