IPA CIS receives as a present a bust of the father of parliamentarianism in Azerbaijan

The delegation of Azerbaijan led by the Chairman of the Milli Mejlis Committee on Regional Affair and Chairman of the IPA CIS PC on Social Policies and Human Rights Arif Rahimzadeh presented to the IPA CIS a bust of the father of Azeri parliamentarian movement, MP of the First Russian Douma Alimardan bek Topchibashev, worked by the Russian stonecarver Paavel Xrunichev.
