Kairat Mami presented anniversary medals to members of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Speaker of the upper chamber of the Parliament Kairat Mami spoke on the outcomes of the Senate work during the second session of the Parliament in its fifth convocation. Kairat Mami stressed that the Session focused on meeting the targets set by the President in crucial landmark documents Social modernization in Kazakhstan: 20 steps to a Society of Common Labor and address to the nation Kazakhstan-2050: the new political route of a successful state.

In the reporting period, the Parliament passed 96 laws on industrial and innovation strategies, reforming public service, judiciary and law-enforcement systems, development of education, and improving public welfare.

At the Session Kairat Mami presented anniversary medals of the IPA CIS to members of the Senate Adil Akhmetov, Sarsenbay Yensegenov, Yerbulat Mukayev, and Sergey Plotnikov.
