Gifted Students Are Welcome At Discussion Club “Tavricheskiy”

On 30 November, a regular meeting of the international youth discussion club “Tavricheskiy” will be held in the Reading Hall of the Tavricheskiy Palace. This time, the topic for discussion will be “Remote Electronic Voting: Openness and Trust”.

The meeting will be chaired by Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat – IPA CIS IIMDD Director Ivan Musket and Deputy Chair of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nikolay Bulaev.

Undergraduates, master's and graduate students, young teachers, representing partner universities of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat from the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan will take part in the meeting both in person and online.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Chair of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Belarus Igor Karpenko, Chair of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurzhan Shaldabekova, Executive Director of the Russian Foundation for Free Elections Maxim Leskov, directors of the IPA CIS IIMDD Baku, Bishkek and Yerevan Branches are invited as guests.
