Ashat Mukashev

Born on 29 September 1979.

Graduated with honours from North Kazakhstan State University and Central Asian University. Master degree in Public Policy, Tufts University.

From 2002 to 2019 worked in various positions of the Apparatus of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018 - Head of the Department for interaction with the Committee on Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship of the Apparatus of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In 2019 - Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Protocol of the Staff of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2023 - Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus.

From 2023 to 2024 - Deputy Director of the Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since July 2024 - Deputy Secretary General of the Council of the Interparliamentary Assembly - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Awarded jubilee medals "10 years of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Certificate of Honour of the CSTO PA, encouragements of the Chair of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, encouragements of the Chief of the Apparatus of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, encouragements of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
