IIMDD IPA CIS Director Ivan Mushket Delivered a Lecture in Yerevan State University

Today, upon the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Ghazinyan, Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat – Director of the IIMDD IPA CIS, Doctor of Law, Professor Ivan Mushket delivered a lecture “International Observation of Elections and Referenda”.

In his lecture, Ivan Mushket told about the principles and key objectives of international observation and presented the comparative analysis of monitoring methods used across the CIS by the most active monitoring organizations.
