Alexey Sergeev: We plan to visit just about every region of Tajikistan

The team is 34 staff strong. They are parliamentarians, experts and field staff. Election observation consists of two stages: long-term observation is an analytical stage when we look into the state of national law and the status of the election campaign, and short-term observation when we monitor the elections immediately prior to and during the E-day at the polling stations.
