17 June, Cisinau, Moldova. Youth competition on the subject of IPA CIS Activities to Promote Democracy in the CIS Member Nations draws to an end. The award winner was Yelena Kulik with her thesis Surfing the Wave of Democratic Values, Ion Mokanu IPA CIS Activities to Promote Democracy in the CIS Member Nations and Alexandr Dunde Electronic Training Course for CIS Election Observers.
