Delegation of the IPA CIS IIMDD discussed the development of the Armenian electoral law

Today, development of the Armenian electoral law was discussed in Yerevan at a dedicated Roundtable. Representatives of the IPA CIS IIMDD and its Cisinau Office attended its session. The Roundtable essentially discussed a fundamental research of the state and prospects of the Armenian electoral law. IPA CIS SecGen Alexey Sergeev sent a message to the participants of the Roundtable where he saluted the work of contributors by saying: In their analysis of electoral landscape in the country, the authors researched practices from other CIS nations. This enabled the reader to clearly see the highlights and challenges, bring forward solutions and suggest practical mechanisms to streamline the election process and eliminate inefficiencies.
