Elections to the Senate of Kazakhstan finished

The general feedback of the observers is positive. They will present their final findings at a press-conference on 2 October. Alexey Sergeev, IPA CIS Council Secretary General, noted that the results of their work will also be presented at the IPA CIS Council in November.
