Galina Nokolayeva: "Observers from everywhere can learn a lot from elections in Kazakhstan"

Galina Nikolayeva, Member, Federation Council Committee on Science, Culture and Education, stressed the indirect character of voting to elect member of the Senate in Kazakhstan. Electors from maslihats represent the interest of people which, I believe, help to build ties among various legislative levels and voters.
She also believes that the elections were consistent with the Constitution and the elecom did a very good job. The senator mentioned that Russian and Kazakh electoral frameworks have much in common.
