IIMDD expert published a review of election practices in the Commonwealth

This month, an IIMDD expert professor Alexey Kartsov, published a review of election practices in the Commonwealth Application of international electoral standards in the CIS as reported by the CIS observation missions. The publication is the first paper in a series of studies of national laws and practices compared against the set of international standards established in the relevant CIS Convention. The paper also treats issues related to the practicalities of election observation missions.
