IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office Held Seminar for Local Observers in Mingachevir

The IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office held a seminar in Mingachevir for a group of local observers at the snap elections to the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic.

The seminar participants were informed on the methodology and procedure for monitoring the elections, the rights and duties of observers and received all the answers to their questions. Leaflets prepared by the IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office in the Azerbaijani and Russian languages were presented to the observers.

Staff members of the IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office accredited as national observers visited several district and local commissions in the city of Mingachevir and got acquainted with the preparations for the elections.
