Preparation of the international seminar Developing Election Laws in CIS countries: Improvement Pathways and Enforcement Practices is in its final phase. The seminar will take place in Baku on 16-17 Dec.
IPA CIS SecGen Alexey Sergeev will host the Seminar. The Seminar will include two thematic debates: Election Laws and Related Enforcement Practices in Europe and the CIS and Democratic Reforms in Azerbaijan: Reform Practices and Key Results.
