International observers to monitor elections in Azrbaijan

In accordance with its international commitments, Azerbaijan will extend invitations to all relevant international organizations to monitor presidential elections due late this year , said Foreign Minister at the meeting with the OSCE Chairman Leonid Kozhara. IPA CIS, PA OSCE, PA CE are major election monitoring platforms. IPA CIS is engaged in election monitoring under the terms of the IPA CIS Declaration on the Principles of International Observation of Elections and Referendums in the CIS Member Nations.
