IPA CIS IIMDD contributed at the international conference in Minsk

11-12 March. Belorussial National University hosted a conference Constitution as the Basis for the Rule of Law. The conference was attended by over 150 experts and practitioners of law from across the CIS. Speaking at the Conference, Malchenko said that practices of organizing elections monitored by communities and international observers should be adopted in all CIS Member Nations parties to the CIS Convention on Standards of Democratic Elections.
