IPA CIS observation team leader Andrey naumovich and the Director of the IPA CIS IIMDD Andrey Baranov took questions from the media and briefed them on the progress of long-term monitoring of parliamentary elections and the ongoing analysis of the compliance of national law with the international election standards. They also shared plans for the short-term phase of monitoring the elections.
