IPA CIS observers meet with Aykyn Konurov

The IPA CIS Observer Team met with Aykyn Konurov, Head of the Division for Presidential Elections of the People’s Communist Party of Kazakhstan. He informed the team on the election campaign of the communist candidate and the registration procedure with the CEC. Social networks as a campaigning tool attracted particular attention.
