IPA CIS observers meet with the leadership of the OSCE ODIHR monitoring mission

Members of the IPA CIS election observation team met with the OSCE ODIHR monitoring mission and its leader Miklos Harasti and his deputy Paul O’Grady. Such meetings are a traditional feature of election monitoring practices of long-term and short-term observation both. This format offers possibilities to share information, methods of monitoring and current evaluations. Both teams briefed each other on their respective mandates. Both sides came together over the peaceful course of the election campaign and noted the lackluster outreach by all stakeholders of the elections.
