IPA CIS observers met with the secretary of the Astana elecom Sansyzbay Yelisov

IPA CIS observers led by the representative of Majlisi Milli of Tajikistan Farhod` Rahimov met with the secretary of the Astana elecom Sansyzbay Yelisov. He briefed the mission on the state of affairs in the electotal district of Astana. The observers in turn reported on their assessment of the progress of the electoral campaign.
