IPA CIS observers note the high voter turnout in SPB

IPA CIS observers monitoring presidential elections in Tajikistan noted high voter turnout at the expatriate polling station in SPB. By 11 a.m., eleven thousand Tajik nationals have cast their ballots. Voting is proceeding in due course.
