IPA CIS observers visited the NCEC of Tajikistan

The team of IPA CIS long-term observers met today with the leadership of NCEC of Tajikistan. The meeting discussed issues related to the participation of political parties, operations of NCEC to establish lower-level accountabilities and rules for international observers.
